 However, in the state of Maryland (and Virginia) you can renege on a contract up to 72 hours with no penalty.  You can probably do some googling to find out if this applies in your state.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
